Qualification Requirement at NMDC Careers

Education Qualification

1. Liasoning Officer: For Liasoning Officer applicants have passed PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Social Work Labour Welfare/ Sociology/ IR/ IRPM/ Personnel Management/ HR/ HRM or Pass MBA (HR/ Personnel Management/ HRM) [That should be minimum 02 years duration].
2. Colliery Engineer (Mechanical): Colliery Engineer -Mechanical post applicant have passed Degree in Engineering in Mining Machinery/ Mechanical Eng.
3. Mining Engineer: For Mining Engineer Post candidate have completed Degree in Mining Engineering and must Possess Second Class/ have a First Class Manager Certification of Competency under CMR Authority [That should be issued by DGMS for coal].
4. Colliery Engineer (Electrical): For Colliery Engineer – Electrical post candidate have passed Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Engineering in Electrical
5. Electrical Overman: For the post Electrical Overman, applicants have Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Complete Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Complete Diploma Electrical/ Electrical & Electronic. Candidates should essentially possess a valid Mining Certification (Electrical Supervisor Competency certification).
6. Surveyor: For Surveyor post, candidate must have completed Diploma in Mines & Mine surveying/ Mining Engineering. Applicants must have a valid mine surveyor’s certification.
7. Mechanical Overman: For the Mechanical Overman vacancy, applicants have Degree in Mining Machinery/ Mechanical Engineering or Complete Diploma in Mining Machinery/ Mechanical
8. Mine Overman: For the post of Mine Overman, applicants have Degree in Mining Engineering and applicant must have a second class manager certification under CMR issued by DGMS for coal/ Complete Diploma in Mining Engineering with overman certification of competency under CMR issued by DGMS
9. Mine Sirdar: For the post Mine Sirdar, candidates have Matric/ 10th pass with valid Sirdar Certification of Competency (That should be issued by DGMS) and must have a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience.

2. Surveyor: INR. 60000/-
