NDA Eligibility Criteria 2019 :
All candidates need to check NDA Eligibility criteria, age limit, height, weight, chest related all details before apply for the NDA Exam. Nationality:- Candidates with Indian Citizenship or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan and Tibetan or any refugee settled in Indian since January 1962 are eligible to apply for the exam.

NDA Selection Procedure :
Those candidates who have applied for the NDA exam and are selected for the recruitment will then go through the selection procedure which is the most important phase of the recruitment and will comprise of various selection stages.
The only possible way to get into the NDA is to pass each of the selection stage and then selected in the final list of selected candidates which will be done in all India basis.
So those individuals who are selected will then under go the following phases of the selection procedure:-
Written Exam:- The written exam is the initial stage of the selection procedure where huge number of candidates appear but only those candidates who are able to crack the exam will go through.
The exam will be conducted by the UPSC which will be based on the exam patter set up for the exam and will comprise questions that will be arrived form various section selected for the exam.

The exam will comprise of Part I and Part II.
- Part I will be based on Maths.
- It will be for a total of 300 marks.
- There will be a total of 120 marks.
- Each question will be for 2 marks.
- Time allotted for Part I will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Negative marking of 0.33 will be implied for each incorrect answer.
- Part II will be based on General Ability.
- The Part II is comprised of Section I and Section II.
- Section I is based on English.
- This section will be for a total of 200 marks.
- There will be a total of 50 questions.
- Section II is based on General Knowledge.
- The total marks for Section II will be 400 marks.

SSB Round:- The candidates who were able to crack the previous stage will be called for the selection round conducted by the SSB. During the SSB rounds the candidates will undergo a total of 5 day selection procedure where each day will bring along a different selection stage.
So in order to be selected the candidates must pass each of these selection rounds conducted during the SSB round which is comprised of the following:-
DAY 1 Screening Test:- As the candidates appear the SSB round on day 1 candidates will be selected on the basis to their qualities which will be evaluated during the following stage :-
Officer Intelligence Rating:- This round will comprise of simple logical , analytical,linguistic and mathematical questions.
Picture Perception Description Test:- This round will be based on various sets of pictures that will be shown to the candidates who must prepare a summary of what they see and must share with the authorities and the group.
DAY 2 Psychology Test:- The candidates who are selected after the day 1 test will then appear for the psychology test that will be conducted on day 2 of the SSB round. The test will be be conducted to review the psychological aspects and status of the candidates which will be evaluated by concerned authority.
DAY 3 & 4 Group Testing Officer:- Only those candidates who are able to clear the day 2 test will be retained for the day 3 and 4 test which is the group testing office round. This stage will be based on various aspects such as the group discussions.
DAY 5 Conference:- The final round of the SSB will be a conference where the selected candidates will face questions that will be asked by the official. The conference will be for about 30 minutes for each individual and only those candidates who make it through the conference will stay for the medical test.
Medical Test:- The final round of the selection procedure will be the medical test for which the candidates must pass the SSB round as per the rule.
The medical test is a crucial test which will be focused upon the medical standards of the candidates, however the candidates rarely get disqualified but still the medical test is a sensitive test that during which the candidates will be examined for their medical and mental health including vision, physical attributes and such.
