CTET Notification 2019: Fill CTET 2019 Online application form from official website www.ctet.nic.in and check Exam date, eligibility criteria related all details. The CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) is an exam which is conducted by the CBSE (Central Board OF Secondary Education) which is held twice annually for the selection of eligible individuals for the vacant positions over various institutes within the CBSE throughout the country.

CTET Notification 2019 :

Board will release soon CTET 2019 Notification for all eligible candidates. Individuals who are waiting for the CTET exam must not miss out on the notification which will be released by the CBSE days prior to the exam.

These notification are the first step towards the exam since it contains important and necessary information regarding the schedule of the written exam.

The notifications will be released on the official website of the CBSE so candidate must be in regular touch with the website. Therefore the CTET exam will be conducted according to the schedule as mentioned in the notification by the CBSE.

CTET Eligibility Criteria :

The eligibility of the candidates is very important if they are to be allowed to appear the CTET conducted by the CBSE for different level of educational sections. These eligibility criteria has been set according to the level of appointment that can be offered to the candidates who have applied for the CTET.

Age Limit:- Minimum age limit is 18 and no uper age limit. 

Therefore the aspirants before their online application are advised to evaluate their eligibility and apply for the level of appointment according to their eligibility.

In case the individuals are unaware of these eligibility here below are the complete set of the eligibility criteria under each level of appointment as per the official requirements.

Educational Qualification for 1st to 5th Standards(Primary Level):-

Candidates must have passed 12th / Equivalent with 50% from a recognized board , university or institute OR should be in the final year of 2 year Diploma in Alimentary Education ,OR 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education OR 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR Graduation and passed or in the final year of a 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Educational Qualification For 6th to 8th standard (Upper Primary Level):-

Graduation or in final year of 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education OR Graduation with 50%(minimum) and passed on in 1 year Bachelor in Education OR Graduation with 45% and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (NCTE)

OR

Senior Secondary/Equivalent with 50% and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education

OR
Senior Secondary /equivalent with 50 % and passed or in the final year of 4 year B.SA/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed OR Graduation with 50 % and passed or in the 1 years B.Ed in Social Education.

CTET Written Exam Pattern 2019 :

The candidates who have successfully applied for the CTET exam will then be called for the written exam which will be conducted based upon the various sections and syllabus that has been selected by the CBSE. Get the CTET Exam Pattern 2019 for the written exam preparation.

Those individuals who appear the exam must be able to crack it if their intentions is to be selected through the written exam where the candidates are shortlisted based upon the score they have secured.

Therefore the aspirants will appear the written exam based on the following pattern set by the CBSE. The written exam is comprised of Paper I and Paper II.

Paper I:- 

  • The Paper I set will be based on Objective type or Multiple Choice Question (MCQ).
  • Paper I is the primary stage of the written exam.
  • The paper is based on Language I, Language II, Mathematics, Environment Studies and Child Development & Pedagogy.
  • The paper consists of 150 questions.
  • Total marks for Paper I will be 150 marks.
  • Time duration for Paper I will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Must pass the stage to be selected for the next stage of Paper II.:-

Paper II:- 

  • Paper II is the elementary stage of the written exam.
  • There will be objective type or Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)
  • The Paper is based on Child Development & Pedagogy, Mathematics & Science/Social studies. Language I and Language II.
  • There will be a total number of 150 questions.
  • The total marks for Paper II is 150 marks.
  • The total time duration for Paper II will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Candidates must score the cut off to pass the Paper II.

CTET Online Application Form 2019 :

All candidates who want to apply for the CTET 2019 Notification, they all need to fill their CTET 2019 Online application form for the exam. Form will be accepted through online mode. So fill the form before the last date and here are the steps for fill your online application form.

  1. Firstly visit the official website of the CTET(https://ctet.nic.in/)
  2. Now on the homepage look for the Apply for CTET notification link and click on it.
  3. New users will require to create a new registration id where as candidates who are registered just need to login.
  4. To register click on the Apply Online option.
  5. Now read the notification and the instructions carefully.
  6. Start filling the application form with correct information in proper order.
  7. Candidates will need to attach required documents, photo and signature of the candidates along with the application form.
  8. The payment of the application fee should be done by the aspirants.
  9. Now click on the Submit option to submit the form.
  10. Print out a copy of the application form

Application Form Fees :

Individuals who are eligible and wants to apply for the CTET exam conducted by CBSE must fill up the application form and for that the candidates must be ready to pay the requisite fee that will be charged by the recruiting authority.

The application fees will be charged according to the category or caste of the candidates and depending upon the following class categories.

Teacher for 1st to 5th (Primary Level) & Teacher for 6th to 8th (Upper Primary Level):-

1).ST/SC/PWD Candidates:

  • For Paper- I or II: Rs 300.
  • For Both Paper- I & II: Rs 500.

2).General Candidates:-Rs.

  • For Paper- I or II: Rs 600/-
  • For Both Paper- I & II: Rs 1,000/-

CTET Admit Card 2019 :

All candidates need to download their CTET Admit Card 2019 from the official website for their written exam. After the last date of the application form is over the recruiting body will start the preparation of the admit cards cum call letter which will be issued to those candidates who are found to be eligible.

Therefore the candidates must submit the application form with complete details and correct information of the candidate which will be important for the admit card.

The admit cards are released on the official website and through the website the candidates will be able to download their admit card which they must produce during the written exam.

CTET Result / Merit List 2019 :

Those individuals who have appeared the CTET written exam will be able to check their results on the official website of the CTET. Board will declare CTET 2019 Result after 1 or 2 month of the written exam.

However to do so the candidates must wait approximately for 1 months until the results are released by the recruiting body because the announcement of the results will take some time and after being prepared will be released on the official website for the candidates.

CTET Cut Off 2019 :

The cut off shall be the minimum passing marks which the aspirants who have appeared the written exam must secure in order to crack the exam. The cut off are setup by the CBSE authorities with the various factors of the exam which will be taken into consideration during the setting up the cut off by the authorities and based in which the selection of candidates will be carried on.

The cut off marks will be released by the recruiting organization which will be set up according to the category or the caste of the candidates.
